These light bulbs are made in the USA by Feit, the preferred brand of Scott Electric.
FEIT LED bulbs are one of the most efficient bulbs sold.

Join us for a bus trip to Stan Hywet Hall in Akron, Ohio. There will be a guided tour of the 65 room Tudor Revival Manor House, the Corbin Conservatory and the various property gardens. The gardens include an English Garden, Japanese Garden, Rose Garden and the Stone Quarry.
There will be time on your own to visit the self-immersive Gate Lodge Museum, which is where Alcoholics Anonymous was started, plus time to shop at the gift shop.
We will depart Stan Hywet Hall for lunch at 1:30
We will leave at 7:30 AM from the rear parking lot of the Greensburg Garden and Civic Center and should be back by 5:00 PM.
Cost is $85.00 for members and $95.00 for nonmembers.

Save the date July 19th for the biennial Member's Garden Tour. Participating hosts will open their gardens to the public. This is a great way to spend the day meeting talented gardeners, and experiencing their green spaces. It’s also an ideal way to get new ideas and learn about plants and gardening techniques.
Tickets will be sold directly from the Westmoreland Garden Council office, open Tuesday's and Thursday's from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Ticket price is $25.00 in advance or $30.00 on the day of the tour.

Summer is fast approaching bringing the annual W.G.C. Monarch Butterfly release. Held in the beautiful Le Fevre Butterfly garden, this magical afternoon is fun for the entire family!
There are two releases: the first is at 11:00 AM and the second release is held at 1:00 PM.
A short program will precede the butterfly release explaining the life cycle of the
Monarch butterfly and their dietary needs. Then, together we will release our
fluttering butterflies into the garden. An amazing experience, to be sure!
The butterflies are free but MUST BE RESERVED with a credit card deposit to
ensure your butterflies are waiting for your arrival. You will not be charged unless
you fail to attend the Saturday butterfly release. By reserving your butterfly with a
credit card deposit we confirm your attendance guaranteeing that all butterflies
have a ‘sponsor’.
There will be hot dogs and lemonade to enjoy lunch in the garden. In addition,
there will be face painting and temporary tattoo’s, as well as a butterfly themed gift
shop and used book sale.
This event is a summertime ‘must’! Bring the kids and the grandkids for this magical and educational experience they will remember for a lifetime.

The WGC Christmas sale offers one-of-a-kind Teacher gifts, Hostess gifts and much more, all beautifully displayed in traditional, elegant, or rustic styles – at fabulous prices!
In addition we offer a wide variety of fresh greens and garlands that can be pre-ordered, plus pre-decorated faux trees, wreaths and so much more!
The Greensburg Civic center halls and WGC Office will be decorated throughout November with sale items ready to purchase for those who decorate early. First come – first serve.

Join us for our hands-on design workshop. Have fun learning to design a bird bath, garden ornaments such as cement leaves or Hypertufa pots while making new friends .
